DATED : 12th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- The applicant filed the present application with the condition imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail being condition no.(iv) that the applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the trial Court, is sought to be modified.

The applicant pray that he shall be relieved of the said condition.

The learned counsel Mr.Sanjeev Kadam would submit that the applicant is into Logistics business and at times, he is required to travel abroad on short notice. Tilak

2/2 81 IA 3434-22.doc After the condition was imposed on him, by order dated 25/2/2022, he preferred application on two occasions and was permitted to travel abroad. The only anxiety of the learned counsel is when he has to travel with a short notice and the rigmarole to make an application and its decision consume considerable time. At this stage, though I am not inclined to relieve him of this condition, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Magistrate before whom such an application is preferred, to decide the application, whenever made, expeditiously within a period of three working days. With the aforesaid direction, application is disposed off.
