Apprehending the election of Respondent No. 7 - The Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Solapur prior to the election of Respondent No. 8 - The Kurghot Vividha Karyakari Sanstha, Kurghot, the Petitioners have filed this Petition. 3.

The learned AGP on instruction has stated that the election of Respondent No. 8 will be conducted prior to the election of Respondent No. 7.
