Applicant is permitted to carry out appropriate amendment in Misc. Civil Application No. 87 of 2019 and Misc. Civil Application No. 65 of 2019 as per schedule of amendment annexed to the Civil Application. b.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 13th September 2019 with copy to other side.

c.
