After having heard Mr. Khairnar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants/petitioners, since this Court was not inclined to show indulgence, a prayer was made on instructions for withdrawal of both the application and petition. As such the application and writ petition stand disposed of as withdrawn.

The counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that the applicants/petitioners shall furnish undertaking to the executing Court in pending execution proceedings that the possession of the said premises shall be handed over.
