This is a petition of the year 2009 which is still at a preadmission stage. 2.

The petition challenges the judgment and order dated 29/4/2009 passed by the Tribunal under the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, clearance and rehabilitation ) Act in Appeal No.15/1992. By the impugned judgment, the slum area declaration vide notification dated 30/3/1985 which is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette dated 18/4/1985 is hereby set aside insofar as it relates to property comprised in C.T.S. No.198/1 to 46 and C.T.S. No.150, 150/1 to 7 Jawahar Nagar, Khar (East). 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of passage of time, nothing survives in the petition. 4.

In such circumstances, the petition is dismissed, as infructuous, with no order as to costs.
