We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Advocate for respondent nos. 2 to 4. Mr. Paranjape, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the complaint filed by the respondent nos. 2 to 4 before the respondent no.1 is pending since 2019 and only on the ground that the complaint is pending, the

9-12179-2022-WP=.doc respondent nos. 2 to 4 have not executed the Agreement for Sale for the subject flat. Learned Counsel seeks directions against the respondent no.1 to decide the complaint within four weeks. 2.

We are not aware about the pendency before the respondent no.1. The petitioner may make an application before the respondent no.1 for taking up the complaint expeditiously. The respondent no.1 may consider the application filed by the petitioners for deciding the complaint expeditiously, considering that the complaint is pending since 2019. The respondent no.1 may endure to decide the said complaint expeditiously.

Parties shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the said complaint.
