Learned counsel appearing for the Review-Petitioners filed AfÏdavit of Service evidencing the service of notice upon the unserved Respondents. None appears for the Respondents except Mr.Wakankar, for Respondent Nos. 8(a) to 8(d). 2.

Civil Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 40 days caused in preferring the Review Petition. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that the delay has been sa_mandawgad 1 of

8cao230-14 explained in the Civil Application as the time was required for the purpose of collecting the old documents and for raising the necessary funds for litigation as the parties were contemplating approaching the Apex Court.

Mr. Wakankar, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) does not seriously oppose the Application for condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned. Civil Application stands allowed.
