The Petitioner is before this Court with a grievance that inspite of acquisition of her land by Respondent No.4 for the purpose of Chandoli Reserved Forest and retaining 65% of the total compensation somewhere in the year 1999 and till date an alternate land is not given to the Petitioner. Right from the year 1999 they have addressed the letters to the Respondent - Sub-Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji Division and the same is not attended to.

We direct the Respondent - Sub-Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji Division to consider the Writ Petition as a representation and dispose of the same within two months from today.
