By this civil application, the applicants seek restoration of the Civil Application No.1475 of 2015 which was dismissed for default by an order dated 15th September 2015.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The order dated 15th September 2015 is recalled. Civil Application No.1475 of 2015 is restored to file.

Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
