According to the petitioner, a joint representation to this effect has already been submitted by him on 31 August 2018 and now again the Petitioner will submit a fresh individual representation by tomorrow, i.e.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting on merits of the of petition and entitlement of the Petitioner, we dispose of the petition by directing the Competent Authority of the Respondents to examine the Petitioner's grievance and to take appropriate steps on the decision as may be taken in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
