The petitioner has applied upon new documents for review of the earlier order of this Court. The petitioner has shown that CTS No.365(part) is declared a slum. The petitioner has not shown that his structure on that CTS number is referred to in the documents that he has produced. The documents show the name of another person. That person has entered into an agreement with him. The agreement is not registered. The original agreement is not produced. It cannot be seen whether the agreement is fabricated or genuine. The petitioner has produced one rent

receipt of 1992. The rent receipt is required to be seen along with the other rent receipts. No original rent receipts are produced. At present no order of protection is granted. The petitioner may apply after production of the original documents.
