This is an application for intervention by the uncle of the original complainant in CR No.56/2015. The applicant is not the complainant or the informant in the said CR. 2.

The learned APP. on instructions submitted that till today the applicant has not approached the Investigation officer for recording his statement. If the applicant intends to assist the Investigation Officer he is at liberty to approach the concerned Police Station and record his statement in the present CR No.56/2016b and submit the relevant and necessary documents for the purpose of investigation.

The applicant has no locus standi.

The application being misconceived, is dismissed in linine.
