The subject matter of the present petition concerns rejection of approval to the appointment of Petitioner No. 3 as 'Shikshan Sevak'. It is not in dispute that the GR of 12 February 2015 is not applicable to the appointment of teaching staf. After this was pointed out to the Education Ofcer (Secondaryf, by fresh order dated 14te July 2015, approval was granted to the appointment of Petitioner No. 3 as Shikshan Sevak. Only question that now remains is release of salary. Considering that approval has now been granted to the Petitioner's appointment, the release of salary is now only a ministerial matter. The Petition can be accordingly conveniently disposed of by noting approval granted to the Petitioner's appointment and directing the Respondent-State to take steps for release of salary with all arrears to Petitioner No.3 in accordance with the order of approval as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
