2] Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned AGP for the respondent Nos.1 to 7, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.8 and the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.9 to 23.
3] Against the order dated 5th July 2018, a revision application has been filed by the petitioners before the State Government. DSS 2/2 p-509-cwp-9924-18.doc a] We direct the revisional authority to decide the stay application made by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of four weeks from today; b] For a period of six weeks from today, the limited protection granted to the petitioners by the learned Single Judge by order dated 1st March 2018 in Writ Petition (St) No. 6052 of 2018 will continue to operate;
c] The revisional authority shall decide the prayer for interim relief on its own merits;
d] All contentions on merits are kept open.
