Mr. Gosavi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the Bail Application for some time and as the Court is not inclined to grant bail, seeks withdrawal of the same. However, as the Applicant is incarcerated since 23rd May 2023, he seeks liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of one year.

Accordingly, the Applicant is granted leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial. 3.
