Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail of an appropriate remedy available in law. Leave granted, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, he submits that, since the Trial Court has fixed the matter for recording the evidence, this Court may stay further proceeding of Criminal Case No. PW/932/2019 pending before 72nd Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Vikhroli for three weeks.

Since the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, to enable the Petitioner to avail an appropriate remedy, further proceedings of the Bhagyawant
