By this application, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 5 July 2017 by which the above Writ Petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections and prays for restoration of the Writ Petition.

A perusal of the averments in the application and the reasons as set out therein indicate that the explanation offered is satisfactory. The application is required to be allowed in the interest of justice. Accordingly, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
