This is an Application for modification of order dated 3rd March, 2020. Vide Clause (iv) of the operative part of the said order, the applicant was directed to stay out of jurisdiction of Umbraj Police Station, Taluka Karad, till further orders. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is no breach of the conditions stipulated in the said order. The applicant has complied with all conditions for more than 2 years. The applicant is willing to attend the police station. The same condition was imposed while granting bail against the co-accused

Considering the aforesaid factual aspect, the aforesaid condition can be relaxed.

Hence, I pass following order :

(i) Clause No.(iv) stipulated in the operative part of order dated 3rd March, 2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.2370 of 2019 directing the applicant to stay out of jurisdiction of Umbraj Police Station, Karad, stands relaxed. (ii) The applicant is directed to attend Umbraj Police Station, Karad, once in a month, on the first Saturday of every month.
