Mr. Sakhare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner after arguing the matter for some time seeks withdrawal of the Petition. Mr. Sakhare invites my attention to paragraph 11 of the order dated 30th June 2023 passed by the learned President, Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court, Mumbai in A.O. No. 30 of 2023. He states that accordingly the Petitioner will take appropriate steps.

In view of said request, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to take steps as mentioned in paragraph 11 of the order dated 30th June 2023.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits of the matter and all the contentions of both the parties are expressly kept open.
