By the consent of the parties, Writ Petition (St.) No.22440 of 2021, which is filed by the same petitioners herein, is called for and taken on board.

Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are served by court notice. Yet, no

2/3 46 WP-6969.21.odt appearance is entered, either in person or through an advocate. Respondent No.6 is the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies and, therefore, a formal party.

The learned A.G.P. has taken instructions that the pending revision before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Pune, is posted for final hearing on 18/02/2022. The second writ petition is filed by these petitioners on account of ad-interim relief having been refused by the said authority.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have also preferred Appeal No.106 of 2022, which is also pending before the same Divisional Joint Registrar. The said appeal is also posted for final hearing on 18/02/2022. He, therefore, submits on instructions, that if both these proceedings i.e. the revision proceedings as well as the appeal proceedings, are considered by the Divisional Joint Registrar, finally, on 18/02/2022 and orders are passed within 15 days, the petitioners are satisfied. Both these petition can, therefore, be disposed off. 5.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off with the following directions:- (a) The petitioners would appear before the Divisional Joint Registrar on 18/02/2022 at 11.00 a.m.

3/3 46 WP-6969.21.odt (b) The Divisional Joint Registrar would consider the submissions of the litigating parties, finally. Written notes of submissions are permitted to be filed. (c) In the event of any of the litigating parties being in any difficulty on 18/02/2022, the Divisional Joint Registrar shall post the matters on 23/02/2022 at 11.00 a.m. and allow the parties to conclude their oral submissions besides tendering written notes.

(d) Thereafter, the Divisional Joint Registrar would deliver his orders on the revision proceedings, as well as on the appeal proceedings, on 10/03/2022 at 4.30 p.m. and keep copies of the orders ready, to be delivered to the litigating parties on the same day on payment of requisite fees, if any.

(e) After the orders are delivered on 10/03/2022, the same would not come in operation till 17/03/2022.
