After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant will surrender before the investigating officer of the Kashimira Police Station on 04.09.2019. Statement accepted. In the event, an Application for regular bail is filed, learned Judge to consider the same expeditiously on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
