In this Petition, the Petitioner had challenged the notice dated 02/05/2019 issued u/s 59 of the Maharashtra Police Act, by Assistant Commissioner of Police, West Zone, Bhiwandi, calling upon him to show cause as to why he should not be externed out of Thane city, Thane Rural, Mumbai City, Mumbai Suburban and Palghar District for a period of two years. 2.
