The above Civil Application has been filed for deleting the name of the Respondent No.2 from the array of the Respondents as he has expired. The deletion is sought on the ground that his heir i.e. the Respondent No.1 who is his wife is already on record. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the Respondent No.2 is allowed to be deleted from Writ Petition No.4989 of 2012. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
