2. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to set aside the order dated 31/07/2018 passed by the Learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which the First Appeal (St.) No. 36570/2017 stood dismissed for non removal of office objections.

3. The Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that, inadvertently it remained on their part to Laxmi 1/2

506 CAF 3499-19.doc remove all office objections within time. She submits that, the Applicant undertakes to remove all office objections immediately.

4. Considering the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, the following order: a. Order dated 31/07/2018 passed by the Learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. b. First Appeal (St.) NO. 36570/2017 is restored on file.

c. The Applicant to remove all office objections in First Appeal (St.) No. 36570/2017 on or before 08/11/2019, failing which, the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

d. The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

e. No order as to costs.
