P.C.:- 1) In furtherance of Order dated 3rd March, 2023, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-2, Pune City has filed a fresh Affidavit dated 9th September, 2023. In concluding paragraph she has stated that, after she approved the N.C. Summary submitted by the Investigating Officer, the same has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court No.3) Shivaji Nagar, Pune.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having remedy to contest the said N.C. Summary before the trial Court, if it is not accepted till today. 1/2
