Learned counsel appearing for Petitioner submits that necessary directions be issued to police to register complaint lodged by the Petitioner with Meghwadi Police Station on 21st September 2015 annexed at Exhibit-B to the petition.

Learned APP submits that one Ms.Sonia Ashok Patel filed a petition under Section 12 of the Protections of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 against the Petitioner. 3.

The counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would attend police station for getting his statement recorded. On Petitioner attending police station, the concerned officer would record statement of Petitioner. The investigating officer would take appropriate decision in the complaint/statement made by the Petitioner and communicate the same to the Petitioner. We do not express any opinion on the allegations made by the Petitioner.
