The above Civil Application has been filed for interim stay of the judgment and Award dated 10.01.2011 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in MACP No.2084 of 2006. The Applicant/Appellant Insurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount in the MACT, Mumbai. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). However, the same would not be an impediment for consideration of the application for withdrawal of the amount filed by the Claimants which would be decided on its own merits. The Civil Application is disposed of.
