This Interim Application is taken out for setting aside order dated 21st September 2021 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 394 of 2019 in Second Appeal No. 536 of 2015. By said order dated 21st September 2021, the said Civil Application was dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.

The present Application for setting aside said order dated 21st September 2021 and for restoration of said Civil Application No. 394 of 2019 was filed on 15th November 2021. 3.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
