I am satisfied that the cost as directed by this Court by its order dated 12.04.2019 is paid. The receipt is produced on record at page 12 of the paper book. It indicates that the cost was paid on 26.04.2019. However, inadvertently the receipt was not placed on record and brought to the notice of the office. The application therefore deserves to be allowed and is accordingly restored.
