This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of respondent No.3 on record in Writ Petition No.5417 of 2012. The applicants are legal heirs of Smt. Ratnaprabha Bhikulal Shah who expired on 30th March 2018 at Madha, Tq. Madha, District Solapur. 2.

Mr. Bhargude, learned counsel for the original petitioners/ respondents herein has no objections for allowing the present application. 3.

In view thereof, application is allowed in terms of prayer 1/2

17.CAW.2590.18.doc clause (a). The petitioners are directed to implead the applicants as respondent Nos. 3(a) to 3(d).

Advocate Mr. Pawar waives notice on behalf of newly added respondent Nos. 3(a) to 3(d).

The said amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned Advocate for the newly added respondent Nos. 3(a) to 3(d) within the same stipulated period.
