By consent of the parties, instead of Rs.1,20,000/-, the petitioner - Bank is permitted to deposit Rs.90,000/- per month towards interim compensation. The order impugned dated 2 May 2022 shall stand modifed to that extent.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the hearing of Appeal No.68 of 2020 is expedited.

Needless to mention that the mense profts inquiry shall be conducted, on its own merits without being infuenced by this order.
