For the reasons stated in the order which is under typing, I pass the following order:-

ORDER

(i) Appellants - Altaf Hussain Shaikh and Aslam Hussain Shaikh in Criminal Appeal No.975 of 2023 arrested in connection with Crime No.I-102/2023 registered with Hill Line Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 354, 323, 504, 506, 509, 143, 147, 149 of IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(u), 3(1)(w), 3(1)(w) (2), 3(2)(v) of S.C. & S.T. (Prevention) Act be released on bail on furnishing Personal Bond and Surety Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-.

(ii) Appellant - Mr. Ajay Ravi Bhinge in Criminal Appeal No.1343 of 2023 arrested in connection with Crime No.I-102/2023 registered with Hill Line Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 354, 2/3

509, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(u), 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w)(ii), 3(2)(v) of S.C. & S.T. (Prevention) Act, be released on bail on furnishing Personal Bond and Surety Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-.

(ii) Appellants are directed not to threaten the prosecution witnesses and allure them in any manner.

(v) These are my prima facie observations and trial Court need not be influenced by these observations. (vi) Appeals are allowed.
