The Petition has worked itself out. We have seen prayer clause (a). It seeks an order stopping construction of the free sale component of the building. The developer has already received a stop-work notice in regard to the free sale component. 2.

It is open to the Petitioners to agitate any other issues before the Slum Rehabilitation Authority including the CEO and to pursue an appellate remedy if there exists one.

We see no reason to enter into any other controversy at this state. All contentions are expressly kept open. 11th January 2023
