20-ABA-2657-2022.odt In consideration of the accusations made against the applicant, learned Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. In that view of the matter, application is allowed. Hence, following order;

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 489 of 2022- registered with Yawat Police Station, Pune, he shall be released on executing PR bond for the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in like sum. The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
