Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the application as the charge has been framed and the summons have been issued to the witnesses and the trial has commenced. The applicant is in custody from 07/05/2020 i.e. for a period of more than 2 and 1/2 years. The trial Court will undoubtedly bear this aspect in mind while proceeding ahead with the trial. It is requested that the trial be expedited. Liberty to file 1/2
