We find that the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy to challenge the impugned order before the School Tribunal. In the circumstances, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the School Tribunal in accordance with law, we dispose of this petition, with further liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the petition, in case the petitioner is not having the aforesaid alternative remedy available.
