For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order:
:: O R D E R ::
(i) Criminal Revision Application is dismissed;
(ii) At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that there is an interim order granted in favour of the applicant, which may be continued for a period of four weeks from today, as the applicant is likely to decide whether he should challenge the order before the Higher Court. In view of this, the interim order granted earlier shall continue to operate for a period of four weeks from today.
