The Petitioner was formerly serving the Indian Army. He sustained a gun shot wound during Operation Rakshak (J&K) and was discharged from service due to his disability.

On the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioner, (notwithstanding his earlier representations which are stated to be pending) we permit the Petitioner to make a fresh representation for availing benefit of employment under the Welfare Scheme/Employment Scheme of the Respondents. If such representation is made within four weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Respondents expeditiously and in any event within three months from the date of submission of the said representation.
