The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition. The Petitioner was disqualified under Sections 7, 8 and 36 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958. The expedition is sought on the ground that the tenure of the Gram Panchayat would come to an end on October 2017. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. List the Petition for final hearing after the ensuing summer vacation on 06.06.2017 to be shown at the bottom of the admission board.
