The learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing at length, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, submits that the applicant would surrender before the Special Court at Baramati on 15.1.2018. In view of this, the applicant stands protected only till 5 p.m. of 15.1.2018. Upon failure to surrender on 15.1.2018, the Investigating agency would be at liberty to arrest the applicant.
