Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present Petition has been rendered infructuous as the main Appeal before the Divisional Joint Registrar itself is now disposed of. He, however, seeks liberty to challenge the order passed in Appeal. 2.

Hence, the following order:- (i) The present Petition is disposed of as infructuous. (ii) I may not be understood to have expressed any opinion on merits of the matter.

(iii) All contentions on merits are kept open and the
