Joint prayer is to quash and set aside the FIR dated 12/11/2014 u/s 498-A and 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code along with charge-sheet. Other Petitioners are in laws of Respondent No.1.

Respondent No.1 has filed an affidavit in August 2018 stating that controversies are amicably settled. It appears that proceedings for divorce filed by Petitioner No.1 have accordingly been converted into proceedings for grant of Decree of Divorce by mutual consent.
