The learned Advocate for the Applicant states that despite repeatedly asking the Applicant/Appellant to remain present in Court, he on one one pretext or the other is avoiding to do so. He is also not giving any instructions to him in the matter. It is therefore, clear that the Appellant is not interested in pursuing this Appeal as well as Civil Applications taken out therein. In view thereof, the Family Court Appeal as well as Civil Applications are dismissed for want of prosecution. 2.

A copy of this order shall be forthwith forwarded to the Appellant by the present Advocate.
