Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. As soon as the C.A. report is received, the Investigating Officer to file the same in the Court and serve a copy thereof on the applicant.

In view of the aforesaid, the intervention application being Criminal Application No. 1479 of 2019, does not survive. The same is disposed of.
