1) This is an application for modification of condition no.2 imposed upon the applicants by an order dated 21/9/2016 passed below Exh.1 while releasing them on bail in Bail Application No. 2186/2016, by the learned District Judge-5 and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane. The said condition reads as under : The applicants be released on executing P.B.
And S.B. Of Rs.40,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount with condition to attend the concerned Police Station twice in a month i.e. on 20th and 15th of each month between 10 to 12 hours till charge is framed.
2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicants are slum dwellers and it is very difficult for them to get

He submitted that, the applicants may be permitted to submit one or more separate sureties to make up the amount. He submitted that though the order is passed on 21/9/2016, the applicants are still languishing in jail.
3) In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application, the condition no. 2 imposed upon the applicants by an order dated 21/9/2016 passed below Exh.1 in Bail Application No. 2186/2016 by the District Judge-5 and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane is hereby modified and the applicants are permitted to submit one or more separate sureties in the like amount. 4) It is made clear that rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicants are not disturbed.
