By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time of ten days to deposit a sum of Rs.24,00,000/- as part payment towards the first instalment. He submits that the applicant is ready to deposit Rs.26,00,000/- by Pay Order in the Registry of this Court today. Learned counsel further states that the applicant would deposit the balance instalments as per the schedule.

Learned counsel for the complainant states that he has no objection if the time is extended by a period of ten days. 3.
For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted ten days extension to deposit Rs.24,00,000/-, which is part deposit of the first instalment. The applicant to deposit Pay Order of Rs.26,00,000/-, as part of the first instalment in the Registry of this Court on or before 28/08/2019. 4.
The applicant to comply with the affidavit-cum-undertaking given by him to deposit a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- every month, as stated in the affidavit.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
