This is an application for modification of order dated 28th February, 2017 passed in Misc. Application No.404 of 2017, in Criminal Appeal No.144 of 2017 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai. By the said order, the appeal preferred by the Applicant has been admitted and sentence is suspended till the decision of the appeal. The present application is for modification of the condition imposed while suspending the sentence and granting bail to the applicant.

The present application is misconceived and is not maintainable before this Court. The application is accordingly rejected.
