The learned APP has tendered across the bar the report prepared and signed by Superintendent, Kolhaur Central Prison, Kalamba. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. From perusal of the contents of the said report, it appears that the present Petitioner viz. Vishal Ashk Narayane has been transferred to open prison at Paithan on 24/11/2018.

In that view of the matter, the grievance raised by the Petitioner stands redressed. Nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
