On instructions, Mr.Shah, learned counsel appearing for the applicant made a motion for withdrawal of both applications as the applicant had already taken up proceedings under the provisions of Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Prayer is accepted. 2.

Both Civil Revision Applications are dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

However, this will not preclude the applicant from pursuing an application which was already taken out under the provisions of Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure which is directed to be decided without being infuenced by the withdrawal of the present applications and the order passed under Order VII Rule 10 in the present applications.
