In view of the orders passed by this Court the Respondents on the representation filed by the Petitioner passed an order dated 8th January, 2006 revoking the earlier transfer order and by passing a fresh order.

The Petitioner on instructions therefore, seeks to withdraw the present Petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. However, Petitioner is at liberty to make a representation so far as other benefits are concerned in relation to the period in question. The Respondents to consider the same in accordance with law. 4.
